The Great Do-Over Hamptons Retreat

May 5-7, 2017

with Deb Boulanger

Are you tired of taking care of everyone else but yourself?

Do you wish you could get back to feeling confident and on top of the world?

Have you thought to yourself, “I don’t want to be alone for the rest of my life!”?

Here you are, a woman in mid-life. Somehow your life didn’t turn out as you planned. Somewhere along the way you lost control, veered off the track and now you wake up in the morning and go through the motions of your day, living a ‘shadow’ life.

You remember what the super you felt like, but then life took a turn and you had a wake-up call.

You know that the path you are on is not likely to lead where you want to go. So now is the time to get YOU back on track. Remember who you are. Recapture your superhero and what makes you feel sexy, awesome and delicious.

Join me and reconnect with the person you are meant to be. I guarantee you it’s not the “shadow you” that has been walking around feeling bereft, confused and sad. There is an awesome you waiting inside for you to discover.

The Great Do-Over is a time for you to remember who you REALLY are – not who you were – and fall in love with yourself all over again (or maybe for the first time).

Whether you’re rediscovering or discovering yourself for the first time, you’ll leave this retreat knowing that you are amazing, fierce, formidable and a force to be reckoned with. You’ll inhale deeply and know that you are a heroine and don’t need rescuing because you’ve already rescued yourself…over and over and you can do it again. Most of all, you’ll experience a journey back to joy because you ARE joy and you have never left YOU…and never will.

Join me and nine other impassioned women to retreat into a deep immersion in self-renewal. No matter where you are in life, you are in a perfect place to begin again and map a new path to great health, incredible joy and true love.

Are you ready and willing to explore deeper levels of self-love and acceptance

and immerse yourself in your new beginning?

Life may have sent you a curve ball…

Perhaps divorce or the sudden death of a partner has left you stunned and afraid.

Maybe a crisis in your health awakened you to how precious and short life is.

Possibly a lifelong career has left you lifeless and you long for passion and purpose.

If you have a ‘now or never’ mindset and are ready to take back control of your life to experience the joys of great health, true love, and work that feeds your soul…

Then this retreat is for you!

Whatever your path, there is always a chance for a new beginning. As long as you are breathing, every moment is new and you can begin again.

Life is short and so far the road you have traveled has been really rough. You know it is time for your Great Do-Over, but don’t know where to begin.

Join me and immerse yourself in your new beginning.

Space is very limited, so apply now.

Over the 2013-2014 school year, she did the 300-hour, nine-month teacher training program with Lois Nesbitt, one of New York Magazine’s Top Five Yoga Teacher Trainers, and Jessica Bellofatto, owner of Kama Deva Studio in East Hampton, N.Y. Her classes aim to create a spiritual and physical practice that leaves students with feelings of peace and serenity.

NOEL GRAUPNER

Noël Graupner’s relationship with food began at the ground level. An avid gardener turned farmer, she earned her B.S. in horticulture and agriculture in 2010. Joy Is Power

Donna SpectorDonna Spector
Deb’s Great Do-Over Retreat gave me a jumpstart and a fresh way of exploring where I want to extend my life energies. Thank you for helping me to get ‘unstuck’, Deb! The examination of’ core desires’ work was a new tool for me and an afternoon filled with ‘aha’ moments! Everyone was very welcoming, the setting was picturesque, and the food was glorious! Yum to it all! I just wish it was longer!

I joined the Great-Do-Over Retreat to reinforce all I have learned from the program in the past year. By the end of the weekend, I was invigorated, focused, and ready to take my next steps in life with confidence. The best part was feeling supported and nourished in my body, mind, heart, and soul. I know that I have the tools within me now to move and start my new career. Thank you Deb, Noel, and Laura for an experience I will cherish forever. My favorite guest was Mary Sabo, who got me moving and then blessed us with a song with her sweet voice.

I wanted to release the blame that was still weighing me down after my divorce and do one thing over the retreat weekend that would move me along the path of healing. The most beneficial part of the experience was getting in touch with my goals. As I become clearer, I get closer to uncovering my true self. Getting to my truth was very freeing for me.

and you could use a little work”
