The Great Do-Over Retreat
RELEASE FEAR. THINK CLEAR. GET INTO GEAR.

Women love this retreat…
So, we’re doing it again!

The Great Do-Over Hamptons Retreat

MAY 11-13, 2018

with Deb Boulanger

Are you burnt out in your career, but don’t know what to do next?

Are you tired of dating and want to settle down with the love of your life?

Are you facing and empty nest and wondering, “what do I do now?”

Here you are, a woman in mid-life. Somehow your life isn’t turning out exactly as you planned. Somewhere along the way you lost control, veered off the track and now you wake up in the morning and go through the motions of your day, living a ‘shadow’ life.

The path you are on is not likely to lead where you want to go. So now is the time to get YOU back on track. Remember who you are. Recapture your superhero and what makes you feel sexy, awesome and delicious.

It’s time to connect with the woman you are meant to be. (I guarantee you it’s not the “shadow you” that has been walking around feeling burntout, confused and lonely.) There is an awesome powerhouse in you waiting to emerge.

The Great Do-Over is a time for you to discover who you REALLY are… and

…fall in love with yourself all over again (or maybe for the first time).

You will leave this retreat knowing that you are amazing, fierce, formidable and a force to be reckoned with. You’ll inhale deeply and know that you are a heroine and don’t need rescuing because you’ve already rescued yourself…over and over and you can do it again. Most of all, you’ll experience a journey back to YOU.

Are you ready and willing to explore deeper levels of self-love and acceptance?

Is it time for a new beginning?

Life may have sent you a curve ball…

Maybe a divorce has shaken your confidence and you doubt if you will find love.

Maybe a crisis in your health awakened you to how precious and short life is.

Possibly a lifelong career has left you burntout and you long for passion and purpose.

If you have a ‘now or never’ mindset and are ready to take back control of your life to experience the joys of great health, true love, and work that feeds your soul…

Then this retreat is for you!

Space is very limited, so apply now.

What you will learn

On your Great Do-Over Retreat, you will learn to:

  • Create a vision for the life you WANT to live and put the law of attraction to work in making it real.
  • Put yourself and your needs first – it’s not selfish – it’s needed and necessary to give and receive love.
  • Release fears, limiting beliefs and patterns of thinking that are preventing you from the love and success you seek.
  • Feel AMAZING in your body through whole and healthy foods – learn how to cook and prepare these same meals at home.
  • Live in limitless potential for unstoppable health and happiness without being bound by your beliefs about what’s possible.

Joy Is Power

Oh my goodness… The great do over triggered so many long awaited changes that I wanted to make in my life. I participated in The Great Do Over last year and as I am writing tears are streaming down my face. I just moved into my beautiful new home this Tuesday – leaving a 22-year marriage that felt like I was dying inside-spiritually, emotionally and physically. I have reunited with my first love from 45 years ago-I can’t believe what a gift this is and he feels the same way. I am living independently and loving every minute. I feel alive!

I joined the Great-Do-Over Retreat to reinforce all I have learned from the program in the past year. By the end of the weekend, I was invigorated, focused, and ready to take my next steps in life with confidence. The best part was feeling supported and nourished in my body, mind, heart, and soul. I know that I have the tools within me now to move and start my new career. Thank you Deb, Noel, and Laura for an experience I will cherish forever. My favorite guest was Mary Sabo, who got me moving and then blessed us with a song with her sweet voice.

I wanted to release the blame that was still weighing me down after my divorce and do one thing over the retreat weekend that would move me along the path of healing. The most beneficial part of the experience was getting in touch with my goals. As I become clearer, I get closer to uncovering my true self. Getting to my truth was very freeing for me.

and you could use a little work”
